Skilled Positions
Sprung Services was started in 1997 by a group of skilled personnel, including boiler operators and those with experience in facility and manufacturing maintenance. Because of this, we understand the needs of our clients better than the average recruiter for skilled positions. Our database, compiled over years through advertising and networking, is so complete that candidates we find through advertising or other methods are often already in it. We search our entire database and submit the best possible candidate. If needed, we network extensively. Each candidate is interviewed for aptitude, employment history, and skills, with references thoroughly checked.
Candidate Screening Process
Interviews • Assessment Exams including: Mechanical Aptitude, Basic Electrical, Advanced Electrical & PLC, and Boiler Operations. • Aggressive reference checking • Drug screens if requested • Criminal background checks
Placement Guarantee
All invoiced and paid placements are guaranteed for 1 year. If a candidate quits or is terminated with cause during their first year of employment, Sprung Services will replace candidate at no charge. *Replacement and laid-off candidates are excluded.
