Sprung Services was started in 1997 by a group of skilled personnel including boiler operators and people with experience in facility and manufacturing maintenance. Because of this we understand the needs of our clients better than the average recruiter when it comes to skilled positions. Our database has been compiled over years through advertising and networking. Our database is so complete that often candidates we find through advertising or other methods are already in our database. When we choose an employee for your needs, we search our entire database and start by trying to submit the best possible candidate. If we don’t find a match in our database we network with many other contacts and resources. Each candidate is interviewed to determine attitude, employment history and skills appropriate to the position. References are aggressively checked.
Candidate Screening Process
Interviews • Assessment Exams including: Mechanical Aptitude, Basic Electrical, Advanced Electrical & PLC, and Boiler Operations. • Aggressive reference checking • Drug screens if requested • Criminal background checks
All invoiced and paid placements are guaranteed for 1 year. If a candidate quits or is terminated with cause during their first year of employment, Sprung Services will replace candidate at no charge. *Replacement and laid-off candidates are excluded.
We consider ourselves agents for our clients. This means we never try to “sell” a candidate to a client. Job histories are always presented with all the information we have on a candidate, not just the information we feel will make the candidate more appealing. If there are any negatives regarding a candidate, you will be told about them.
