Looking for a seasonal employee to do lawn/pool maintenance and misc. handiwork.  Perfect for a semi-retired person.  

The core of this job is mowing an approximately 7 acre property on a lake.  Keeping up with pool vacuuming and adding chemicals, cleaning filters, etc. are also regular parts of the job (will train).  Lawn mowing equipment, such as a tractor (with heated and a/c cab for hot or cold days) and a zero turn mower are supplied.  Tools such as hand tools and weed trimmers, etc are also provided.

Other tasks could include straightening up the property in general, painting, spreading gravel on the driveway with the tractor, sweeping the driveway, straightening out the garage, etc.

Will train as needed.  You must have common sense.  You must be reliable.

This is a low pressure job.  You will be working by yourself much of the time.  You must be a self starter.

Job could involve some work in the Winter, but most of the work will be in the summer, when the job will be nearly full-time.
