Sprung Services provides licensed boiler operators and staffing solutions for facilities across Minnesota and throughout the United States.

Founded in 1997, we specialize in supporting boiler operations through short term coverage, project based staffing, and long term coverage solutions. While boiler operations are our core focus, we also recruit and staff related skilled employees to support industrial and facility operations.

Our team includes experienced, licensed operators who work in a wide range of environments, including manufacturing plants, hospitals, data centers, power generation facilities, commercial buildings, schools, and institutional campuses. We support both high pressure and low pressure boiler systems, adapting to site specific equipment, procedures, and safety requirements.

Our role is to provide qualified professionals who can step in quickly, integrate seamlessly, and help facilities remain staffed, licensed, and operating safely.  Whether coverage is needed for a single shift, a multi month project, or long term ongoing operations, we focus on reliability, experience, and clear communication.
