Training Department Coordinator / Administrator Assistant

This position will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling training classes both remotely and in-house (will train).
  • Preparing training classroom for students (will train)
  • Invoicing classes (will train)
  • Ordering supplies (will train)
  • Creating and distributing training materials to students and instructors. (will train)
  • Some travel arrangements (will train)
  • Assist our scheduling department with scheduling boiler operators to service customers. This includes occasional on-call work (will train)
  • Assist with recruiting functions including searching and screening for new candidates (will train).
  • Duties also include updating our client database (will train)
  • Job involves independent work as well as cooperative work with a high energy team.
  • Other work similar to the work above as assigned.

Other Qualifications That Are Considered a plus:

  • Excellent resume writing skills
  • Experience with recruiting
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Quickbooks experience
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and self-direct
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Scheduling experience
  • Onboarding experience
