Sprung Services was founded in 1997 and Sprung Services is on the board for the MN Department of Labor & Industries representing Boiler Operators and is the premier boiler operations, recruiting, training and temporary staffing company in Minnesota. We have a team oriented office environment and are looking for someone to provide administrative support to multiple departments and assist with recruiting.
Qualifications:
- Experience with recruiting preferred
- Experience utilizing social media and job boards
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and self-direct
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- High School degree
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Recruit candidates for employment for our client companies using social media, job ads, resume databases, referrals, etc.
- Working with clients to define the requirements for vacant positions
- Process applications, schedule interviews, set up drug screens, process background checks, employment verification, and aptitude testing
- Coordinate employee onboarding, including new-hire paperwork and orientation
- Writing profiles for recruitment candidates to submit to clients
- Sending job offers to potential candidates
- Posting advertisements on job sites and on social media
- Maintain applicant and employee files
- Update and maintain databases
- Assisting management as needed for projects and misc. tasks
- Create, submit, and data enter weekly timesheets
- Answer calls and emails from clients and candidates
- Other duties as assigned
